Kuwait Vision 2035
رؤية الكويت 2035 — كويت جديدة
A national development framework for transforming Kuwait into a leading financial, commercial, cultural and institutional hub by 2035.
Overview
Infrastructure is a decision about the future.
Purpose
The vision organizes long-term priorities around government, economy, infrastructure, living environment, healthcare, human capital and Kuwait’s global position.
History
The New Kuwait development plan was publicly launched in 2017, translating a long-term national vision into pillars, programs, projects and global performance indicators.
Why it matters
Vision 2035 connects individual projects into a broader question: how Kuwait can diversify, strengthen institutions, invest in people and create a sustainable economy without losing its social identity.
